Happy with the Bitcoin developers? You can send them a personal donation
The development of the Bitcoin ecosystem is something that has grown organically into a powerful phenomenon. People from all over the world are working on the protocol, wallets and other applications. Sometimes with a business model, but very often not. Many developers work on a voluntary basis on the code. You can also support these developers for the important work on the code.
The well-known Bitcoiners Matt Odell and Dennis Reimann have created a website for this, called Bitcoin Donation Portal. Here you can see an overview of all the developers working on Bitcoin.
On this website you’ll find people working on Bitcoin and related projects. The goal is to increase the visibility of the people who (often silently) contribute to the ’space‘. Any developer can add themselves to the list.
There is no difference on the website: the order of the developers is random and random for each visitor.
